Kylie Jenner’s 21st birthday party had everything a good party should. A famous guest list, outfit changes, impeccable decorations and a woman being carried face down on a stretcher.
Tammy Hembrow was the one who was unfortunately carried out of the club. The mother of two is an Australian fitness blogger who gained fame on Instagram. She has 8.6 million Instagram followers and 1.2 million YouTube subscribers.
Naturally, Hembrow cleared the air of what went down at Kylie’s party with a YouTube video. She said that she was running on 30 hours of no sleep and simply collapsed from exhaustion.
If being publicly photographed in a very vulnerable moment wasn’t enough, most of the Kardashians unfollowed Hembrow on Instagram. According to the Daily Mail, Kris Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian all unfollowed her.
The reason why is still unknown. Kris recently went on an Australian radio show, Kylie and Jackie O, where she was asked her about the incident.
“I hope she’s okay,” Kris said. “I actually left before any of that happened. I typically go to bed at nine o’clock so it was way past my bedtime.”
Kris seems like she doesn’t want to be included in this narrative. Hembrow knows the Kardashians through modeling and work. She modeled for Khloe’s clothing line Good American.
In Hembrow’s YouTube video she went into great detail about what happened that night.
“So basically what happened was I was in L.A. and I was running on pretty much 30 hours of no sleep,” she said. “I was struggling to stay awake getting my hair and makeup done. I was literally sitting there like fully asleep. I could barely keep my eyes open. I have been throwing myself into work way more than ever and I also have my kids majority of the time.”
Hembrow just broke up with her partner Reece Hawkins. She said that she’s been throwing into work more to take her mind off of her recent split. Hembrow admits that she has been using work as an escape to not face her feelings.
“I probably definitely shouldn’t have been drinking because of how jet-lagged I was, how exhausted I was. I already wasn’t feeling well, at all.”
Combine her exhaustion with alcohol, Hembrow simply collapsed while talking to her friends at Jenner’s party. She was taken to the hospital and recovered.
