We all know that Kim Kardashian doesn’t live in reality, despite getting famous off of a reality TV show. The most recent crazy thing that Kim has admitted to doing is hiring models to try on all of her outfits before she wears them.
Kim told People magazine that she has had select “fit” models that match her body measurements perfectly.
“There are fit models – we have gotten people who have my exact same measurements – and they try on all the clothes, photograph it, do the fittings for hours every day of all the different Yeezy looks,” Kim told People.
But it’s not just her Yeezy looks that get a trial run before they’re placed on her body. Almost all of the looks she wears get put on fit models, styles then polaroid so Kim can later wear the same look.
“At one point I sent over my entire closet to my husband’s office, I had full time security because I was so nervous. but that was just to photograph it with the fit models there and put looks together.”
“There were all these stylists using my clothes, taking pictures and then sending it to me and then whatever I like I’ll try it on and make sure it looks good on me,” she continued. “They make my life so easy!”
Kim is too busy to try on her own clothes! She has to hire people to try on her fits for her and then selects from there what she will wear.
This is probably not that abnormal for famous people, considering Kim isn’t the busiest of the bunch, and she’s doing it. But still, the idea that someone, who has the exact same measurements of yourself, trying on your clothes, so you know the fit slaps and isn’t a brick is wild.
“It’s a modern version of Clueless,” Kim added.
