Kim Kardashian is taking the paparazzi versus celebrity thing into her own hands. She has hired her own personal photographer to take her photos so her fans can repost her pictures without any legal ramifications.
Back in August Kim tweeted that she was going to figure out a loophole so her fans can keep sharing her photos. Kim suggested that she might start her own paparazzi agency and asked fans to help her brainstorm.
A few months later, Kim has a solution. She tweeted that all of her pictures are taken by “my own photog” so her fans can repost as much as they want. if she ever uses a paparazzi shot she will properly credit the source and tells fans to not share those pictures.
Btw since the paparazzi agencies won’t allow the fans to repost, all of my pics are taken by my own photog and you guys can always repost whatever you want

A huge trend happening is paparazzi suing celebrities for using their photos without properly sourcing and paying for said photo. These paparazzi are also getting fan Instagram accounts shut down for using their photos without licensing them.
Khloe Kardashian, Gigi Hadid and more have all been sued by the paparazzi for using their photos without paying for them or crediting sources. The paparazzi are suing them for copyright infringement.
Kim’s decision to hire her own paparazzi might become a trend for her other famous friends.
